Gloria challenges watchlist order before Supreme Court

Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Tuesday challenged before the Supreme Court the legality of a watch list order against her in connection with supposed electoral sabotage in the 2007 national polls, saying the high court must stop the Justice Department from implementing the order so she may seek medical treatment abroad and because it violates her constitutional right to travel....
