DOJ told to comply with TRO allowing Gloria Arroyo travel

Court Administrator Jose Midas Marquez said the high court will ask the Department of Justice to explain not only why the DOJ disregarded the temporary restraining order allowing former President Gloria Arroyo to go abroad for medical treatment, but also to comply with the high court's TRO. But Secretary Leila de Lima early Wednesday said her office will file a motion for reconsideration....
