Ten Filipino crewmembers who had to remain in Italy over the Costa Concordia incident are not in jail, the seafarers’ manning company assured their families on Saturday. Magsaysay Maritime Corporation president Marlon Rono said the seamen, who were all assigned to the ship’s engine room, stayed behind to give their statements to investigators....
